Returns & Exchanges - Online Policy
We want you to be happy with your online purchase! But just in case you’re not entirely satisfied with your selection we offer a 60 day exchange period and a 31 day return period.
We will gladly gladly exchange or refund your purchase, excluding postage if it is not suitable and the following terms and conditions are met.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
- Please fill out the returns form provided with your order. If you did not receive a returns form please contact us either via email@example.com or call us on 07 4041 0989 with details of exchange / refund
- Goods are still in a saleable condition, in their original packaging
- Any tags, labels and hygiene protectors are still intact
- Items have not been worn, washed or damaged
- Returned goods are accompanied by the original invoice - this is required to process a refund
- Please make sure that swimwear bottoms are tried on over underwear briefs. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this has not been done
- Return shipping must be via a prepaid & traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. We cannot take responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. The products will be your responsibility until they reach Splish Splash Swimwear.
- Please ensure you package your return appropriately to prevent any damage to the items during transit
- Items must be returned within 31 days for a refund and 60 days for exchange. If you return items for a refund after the 31 day return period we will issue you with a credit note that is valid for 6 months. If you return items for exchange after the 60 day exchange period you will not receive free postage.
- If you received our free or discounted shipping offer we will deduct postage costs from your return.
We reserve the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.
Please be advised that although pictures are taken to try and best display colours there may be some variations between the photograph and the product. If a product does have a slight colour variance to a photo this will not be considered as faulty.
For an exchange the easiest and quickest option is to place a new order on our website for your selection. This order will be received and dispatched to you as normal. In the meantime you can send the return back to us and once we receive it we will issue a refund to your card less postage and notify you by email.
If this does not suit please call or email us with your new selection which we will pop on hold for you. Please send us back your return, as soon as we receive it we will post out your new order and notify you by email.
We offer one FREE exchange per order.
*free exchanges are posted with Australia Post Express Post and are valid for Australian orders only and orders over $100 only.
Exchanges after the first free one will incur a $7.95 postal charge.
Unless the garments are deemed faulty Splish Splash Swimwear is not responsible for the cost of sending the goods back to us.
Send the return back to us following the above Return Policy. Once we receive it we will issue a refund to your card less postage and notify you by email.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return.
We are only able to process the refund onto the original card used.
If you received our free or discounted shipping offer we will deduct postage costs from your return.
Unless the garments are deemed faulty, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded and we will not pay for the cost of sending the goods back to us.

Returns & Exchanges - Instore Policy
Our instore policy is different from our online policy as you have the opportunity to try garments on with the assistance of our fabulous staff.
FULL PRICE ITEMS: We gladly exchange/issue credit note with proof of purchase and tags attached within 30 days of purchase.
SALE ITEMS: We gladly exchange/issue credit note within 7 days with proof of purchase and tags attached.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
